Please note that if your CRT / VGA screen cable is fixed to the screen and cannot be unplugged (since the XBOX 360 VGA Cable plugs directly into the screen, you may require the VGA Female to Female Gender Changer to convert your current cable attached to the monitor from Male to Female.

If you want to use stereo headphones / PC Stereo Speakers with a 3.5mm jack plug with this cable you can use Female Stereo RCA to 3.5mm Socket - Coupler : 2-Piece Kit or Female Stereo RCA (Red/White) to Female 3.5mm Socket cable.

If your display only supports 3.5mm audio input (headphone type jack) on the VGA / PC Input and not Stereo RCA inputs then you will need the adapter at Female Stereo RCA to 3.5mm Jack Plug Adapter to convert the 2 x RCA's from Xbox VGA cable to a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack.

If you need to run the audio part of this cable through a PC Soundcard with a capable 3.5mm jack Line-in you need the following items to extend and convert the audio part of the Xbox VGA cable : Stereo RCA Coupler, Male to Male Stereo 1.5m Patch Cable and Female Stereo RCA to 3.5mm Jack Plug Adapter
