Due to design on some sources and HDTV’s the direct plugin to HDMI port on display may be restricted by nearby ports. Please check that your source / HDTV have at least 1.4cm to both sides (width of Device is 4.5cm), or you can use a HDMI Port Saver or HDMI Coupler and short cable to connect to device as at 270 degree Port Saver or 90 degree Port Saver or HDMI Coupler
