To place an order online please follow the short instructions below. The online system DOES NOT request payment and will generate an order number only to process and the invoice details will be emailed to you for payment.
Orders to be collected from walk-in shop below must not be placed online and order will be created in the shop. If however you want your own courier to collect from walk-in shop, order must be created online and proof of payment emailed to info@hdcabling.co.za.
For walk-in shop stock availability please email sheryl@hdcabling.co.za. If no stock at walk-in shop, order will be retrieved from storage and available for collection next business day.
1.) Create an account at Account Creation Section with your postage details and e-mail address for communication. Ensure all postage details with area code are completed and you will be automatically logged in after account creation.
2.) Add the items to the cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' on bottom of the page on each item needed or 'Buy Now' if you are viewing the category listing of the products. If the item quantity needs to be updated click on 'Cart Contents' on the top right of the website and change quantity on item and click 'Update' to ensure quantity is updated. Any product listed with a 'Buy Now' icon or 'Add to Cart' icon is in stock. Out of stock products are listed with a 'Sold Out' icon and cannot be selected / clicked on.
3.) Click 'Checkout' button on the top right corner of the website after all items have been added to your cart and read instructions on checkout on possible postage / courier options. The system will send you an e-mail link after cart checkout (3-click procedure). When you click on the link from the e-mail and login with your account details the invoice will be displayed which has the ABSA banking details for the company.
Collection orders / walk-in shop orders
Electronic transfer can be done at the shop below and cash on collection is also accepted. The online price is the Cash / EFT Price shown on the website and Creditcard facilities have an additional 3.5% bank cost charge when your order is paid via creditcard at the shop.
