| Ordering Process / Cart Checkout procedure and Maps |

To place an order online please follow the short instructions below. The online system DOES NOT request payment and will generate an order number only to process and the invoice details will be emailed to you for payment.
1.) Create an account at Account Creation Section with your postage details and e-mail address for communication. Ensure all postage details with area code are completed and you will be automatically logged in after account creation.
2.) Add the items to the cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' on bottom of the page on each item needed or 'Buy Now' if you are viewing the category listing of the products. If the item quantity needs to be updated click on 'Cart Contents' on the top right of the website and change quantity on item and click 'Update' to ensure quantity is updated. Any product listed with a 'Buy Now' icon or 'Add to Cart' icon is in stock. Out of stock products are listed with a 'Sold Out' icon and cannot be selected / clicked on.
3.) Click 'Checkout' button on the top right corner of the website after all items have been added to your cart and read instructions on checkout on possible postage / courier options. The system will send you an e-mail link after cart checkout (3-click procedure). When you click on the link from the e-mail and login with your account details the invoice will be displayed which has the ABSA banking details for the company.
Collection orders / walk-in shop orders
1.) If order not placed online, the order will have to be submitted in the store which will slow down the process of collecting your order. Please follow the process above to accelerate the process.
2.) If collecting the SAME day send an email to info@hdcabling.co.za to ensure stock is available for immediate collection at the walk-in store. If no email feedback is received within 2 hours please phone the shop directly at 012 653 6829 / 086 123 DSTV(3788) to confirm stock availability for collection. 90% of products online are available for immediate collection. If there is no stock at the walk-in store for your order it will be acquired from storage and delivered the next day at 8h30 for collection anytime afterwards.
3.) Print the online invoice when collecting the same day and take the invoice with you when collecting. If an Electronic Transfer has been done please print proof of payment as well and present it when collecting. Cash on collection is also accepted and Creditcard facilities will be available at the shop from the end of Mar 2010. Electronic Transfer can also be done at the shop if needed via internet banking.
