HDMI Audio Extractor to Optical Toslink or Analog Stereo Audio | 4k 60hz HDMI Passthrough

The Audio Extractor is used to extract audio from any HDMI Stream from e.g HDPVR / DSTV Explora Decoder, Sony Playstation, Microsoft Xbox, Blu-ray Player etc and output it to a Dolby Digital 5.1 capable Optical Toslink port or Stereo RCA Port. Please note input audio should not exceed Optical 5.1 Dolby Digital specifications and streams such as 7.1 Master DTS or above 5.1 Audio cannot be extracted. These extractors are commonly used to extract audio to a Soundbar or a Home Theatre system capable of Optical Toslink Audio Inputs.

• Audio Outputs : Optical Toslink for Dolby Digital 5.1/2.0 – Can be forced by switch on device, Analog RCA Red/White Audio Outputs
• Support switch noise reduction
• Supports ARC Function (Audio Return Channel)

Please note this product is supplied with a USB Power cable (Either Micro USB or USB C Depending on what the device requires) and does NOT INCLUDE A 220v to USB Wall Socket Power adapter. The unit must be powered from a nearby USB Port on a HDTV/Projector/Digital Receiver or alternatively a 220v Wall Adapter to 5v USB Charger/Power supply similar to Slimline 5 Volt 2 Amp USB Wall Charger/Power Supply
